Join Mountain Fitness!
Membership includes use of all facilities, equipment, and most classes at any of our four locations.
Membership requires no long-term financial commitment and is on a month to month basis.
There is a one-time joiner fee which includes an optional complimentary session with a certified personal trainer. This session will help you start off right by evaluating your posture, strength, flexibility, body composition, and aerobic capacity. Together, you will set personal fitness and health goals, and then your personal trainer will suggest an individual exercise program and provide orientation for the exercise equipment you will be using.
